Jude Noukpokinnou
Member of the Benin National Inline Speed Skating Team. Has been a Benin national inline speed skating champion and an African continental inline speed skating champion. Member of the local team known as Smart Rider. He was elected president of the World Skate Africa continental confederation in 2016 and was a continental vice president of the World Skate Federation for Skateboarding and Roller Sports.
